The staff, especially Shar at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations, making our stay during Christmas shopping even more delightful.

great stay with awesome staff

Had a good time here! The staff were super nice, especially at the front desk. Bed was cozy, and the shower was fab. Loved the free-range egg omelettes at breakfast. The only annoying thing was the AC wasn’t working properly which made things a bit uncomfortable. Still, location's perfect for exploring!

my stay at the indigo was fantastic! the hotel is perfectly placed near paddington, making access to the airport super easy. the room was comfortable with a lovely bed, and the italian restaurant’s service and food were top-notch. all staff were friendly, which made a whole lot of difference.

Perfect for a couple’s getaway

The reception staff was cute. The room was spacious, had this beautiful natural light coming in, and trust me, the Nespresso machine was a nice touch, nothing like a good coffee to start the day right!

The area offered a surprisingly quiet environment for a central location, allowing for a peaceful stay. Our Superior King Room was very comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day exploring.

I had a pleasant stay at Indigo! The location near Paddington Station made my travels easy. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. On the downside, the room felt a bit tight for maneuvering my luggage, but the cozy atmosphere outweighed that minor hiccup.
